It is an honor to share this beautiful breathwork practice with you.

Breathwork isn’t for everyone!Â
If you are taking any medications or have any medical conditions such as, but not limited to schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or psychosis, epilepsy, heart conditions, COPD, delicate pregnancy, high/very low blood pressure with a fainting history, PTSD, or recent major surgery then you must advise the facilitator/s before the event.
*Not suitable for women who are pregnant, those fitted with a pacemaker or have a cochlear implant.
**Please do not arrive on a full stomach.

Lots of parking by the front door. The entrance is behind the building, away from the street, follow the parking lot up to the back.Â
Please be on time as we cannot allow for late entry
How to Prepare & what to bring for the Session:
Total time of session: 90min
This includes approximately 15 min of talking before and tea to help ground us after. About 60 minutes on the mat
- Bring blanket and pillow
- Eat a very light mealÂ
- Bring a water bottle
- Wear comfortable loose clothes
- Bring chapstick
- Journal (to write down any quick notes after session)
