Lynar Deluca

Breath Coach & Cold Exposure Guide

After discovering the power of breathwork for overall well-being Lynar became a Certified Breath Coach. Throughout the pandemic Lynar relied on breathwork for physical and mental health, which deepened her interest.

Attending a Wim Hof event in 2020 sparked her passion for cold exposure, prompting her to integrate dynamic breathing and cold plunges into her practice. Now, she's excited to share these benefits and help others confront their fears head-on. 

Mary Clymer

Breath Coach & Facilitator

Mary's journey with breath, led her to study Pranayama, Yin, and Vinyasa in Sri Lanka under Mathieu Boldron. After earning her 200hr YTT certification, she deepened her practice with Lukas Rockwood of Yogabody, becoming a certified breath coach. 

With years of experience and a mentorship with Ben Holt of Awakened Breath, Mary empowers clients to unlock their potential through breathwork, fostering lasting transformations with her mindful approach.

  

Kandie

Retreat Chef

Kandie is a local caterer. She is going to take care of everything for us! Breakfast and lunch will be more casual but we will sit down to dinner as a group each night.

Each meal will include seasonal, organic, local foods when available and of course Kandie can accommodate any dietary restriction.
