  • Day 1- 4x4 Coherent Belly Breathing. We’ll start with the basics. This means breath awareness as we guide our breath low into our abdomen
  • Day 2 - Ujjayi (Ocean) Breathing.  a powerful technique from ancient Yogic Pranayama for calming the mind, improving focus and finding deeper awareness
  • Day 3 - Triangle Breathing. Triangle breathing helps to balance the body and mind.
  • Day 4 - 3x6 breathing. Learn how extending your exhales helps your parasympathetic nervous system to find balance and repair
  • Day 5 - 3-5-6  breathing. Calm the mind and prepare your body to rest and digest
  • Day 6 - Alternate Nostril Breathing. A technique that helps to align and balance the body-mind.
  • Day 7 - Viloma 1. Learn how to interrupt the flow of breath in a technique designed to help you release stress from the body.

I'm interested in creating a space for others to utilize their breath in a healthy way that leads to empowerment, creativity, and personal growth. 

As someone who grew up seeing her vulnerability as a crutch, I found myself shying away from anything that would bring out those raw emotions. Things like uncomfortable conversations, speaking up about what’s important, or putting myself out there to be exposed in any way. 

Because of this, I wasn’t living my truth.

It wasn’t until I discovered breathwork that I saw how this simple tool could transform my life. Finding my breath has helped me to transform my vulnerability into one of my greatest gifts.

Now I want to help others make this transformation. 

Whether you’re here to learn some tools for grounding, seeking emotional regulation, or simply want to get in touch with the subtle nature of your breath, I look forward to taking this journey with you. One breath at a time.
