In this 90min breath circle we open a safe and sacred space to come together to connect with your breath and lessen the veil between the conscious and unconscious mind. 

 

Space is limited to small intimate groups

How to Prepare for the Session:

  • Bring a blanket and pillow
  • Eat a very light meal 
  • Bring a water bottle
  • Wear comfortable loose clothes
  • Bring chapstick
  • Journal (to write down any quick notes after the session) 

     

     Please be on time as we cannot allow for late entry

Breathwork isn’t for everyone. 

Here's what you need to know.

If you are taking any medications or have any medical conditions such as, but not limited to schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or psychosis, epilepsy, heart conditions, COPD, delicate pregnancy, high/very low blood pressure with a fainting history, PTSD, or recent major surgery then you must advise the facilitator/s before the event.

*Not suitable for women who are pregnant, those fitted with a pacemaker or have a cochlear implant. Please do not arrive on a full stomach.
